    Double-Hung Windows

Double-hung windows have been around for centuries, and they’re still one of the most common types of windows used in the United States today. A double-hung window has two operating sashes that move up and down allowing for ventilation on the top, bottom or both areas of the window frame.

    Casement Windows

Casement windows are hinged on the side and open outward from the left or right. A casement window offers full top to bottom ventilation to allow fresh air inside. Because they open and close easily, casement windows are an excellent choice for spots that are difficult to reach, like over the kitchen sink.

    Awning Windows

Awning windows are hinged at the top and open outward, allowing for ventilation even during a light rain. With just the turn of a handle, awning windows are easy to use and versatile, pairing well with a combination of window styles, complementing home needs and design.

    Picture Windows

Picture windows are stationary, rectangular, non-opening windows with low profile frames that allow light into the room and maximizes your view. A picture window is perfect for bringing the outdoor views to your home. They are mostly used to distribute light with a decorative appeal.

    Transom Windows

A transom window is a rectangular, angled or fan-shaped horizontal accent window above or below another window or door. Since they are commonly used for appearance, they are usually seen on front doors or large windows on the front of the house. Transom windows are good for ventilation and for bringing additional light into a space and are a great way to enhance the appearance of your home.

    Slider Windows

Slider windows are a favorite for contemporary style homes and are an excellent choice for rooms facing walkways, porches or patios. Slider windows usually slide with the sash sliding to the left or right for easy-to-open capabilities allowing in natural light and fresh air. The operation is smooth and easy and is an excellent alternative to more traditional windows.

    Bay & Bow Windows

Bay and bow windows are a combination of three or more windows of varying widths that angle out beyond the house wall, adding a bit more floor space on the interior. By using more windows, bay and bow windows allow plenty of light into the room and can add an enticing nook on the inside. They also make a great addition to a living room or master bedroom.
